The date finder says nobody is free
The finder only knows about people who have connected their calendar. If someone in the group hasn't, Plannit reports that it couldn't check rather than guessing they're free. It also respects the hours you mark as never free, under You → Date finder.
A plan isn't on my calendar
Saying yes to a plan is what puts it there. Plans you've agreed to appear in a calendar named Plannit on your phone. Removing a plan from your calendar is the same as saying you can't make it.
I edited a plan in the Calendar app and it changed back
The Plannit calendar on your phone is a copy of what the group agreed, so changes made there are replaced. Edit the plan in Plannit instead, and everyone sees the change.
I see the same event twice
Usually two accounts carry the same calendar — iCloud and Google both provide a holidays calendar, for instance, so every holiday appears twice in Apple Calendar and therefore in Plannit. In Apple Calendar, tap Calendars and untick one of them.
You can also choose which calendars Plannit reads at all, under You → Calendars. A calendar switched off there stops adding events to your view and stops marking you busy when your group looks for a date.
Someone can't find me
People find each other by friend code, not email. Yours is on the You tab
and looks like name#ABC123. Invite links are the other way in.
Changing or resetting a password
Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. A six-digit code is emailed to you, and you type it into the app and pick a new password.
Deleting your account
You tab → Delete account. Everything of yours is removed straight away; see the privacy policy for exactly what that covers.
